1 · Eligibility
We sell only to verified Indian organisations holding an active GSTIN, Udyam (or LLPIN/CIN), and PAN. Restricted SKUs additionally require Aadhaar attestation via DigiLocker and a signed corporate letterhead authorisation. We do not sell to consumers, freelancers without a registered entity, or to organisations outside India.
2 · Pricing + GST
Prices listed on the catalogue are net of GST unless otherwise stated. Standard rate is 18% IGST or CGST + SGST split based on inter- vs intra-state shipping. HSN/SAC codes are included on every invoice. Prices may change without notice; the price locked at order acceptance is the price you pay.
3 · Payment terms
- Tier-0 (new buyers) — 100% in advance via Razorpay (test mode for demo · live mode for production orders).
- Tier-1 verified orgs — 30% advance, 70% NET-30 against acceptance of consolidated GST invoice.
- Govt + PSU procurement — supply against valid PO, EMD/PBG as per GFR-2017. NEFT only.
NET-30 eligibility requires ≥ 3 successful prior orders, GSTIN active for ≥ 24 months, and Udyam in services.
4 · Shipping + delivery
India only. Standard 5–7 working days via Bluedart for stocked items; restricted SKUs ship only after KYC completion. Drones > 250 g ship only after we file your UIN registration with DGCA and the UIN appears in your DigiSky account.
5 · Warranty + RMA
- Defective on arrival — full replacement within 7 days. Return shipping on us.
- Manufacturing warranty — as per OEM coverage (typically 12 months for electronics, 24 months for industrial gear).
- Buyer's remorse — not accepted on opened restricted-SKU items, drones with logged flight time, or KYC-gated devices that have been provisioned to the buyer's account.
- Open-catalogue items, sealed — 14-day return window minus 5% restocking fee.
6 · Acceptable use
By placing an order you confirm the equipment will be used within your organisation's licensed scope and applicable Indian law. You agree to maintain documentation of usage that demonstrates lawful intent if asked by a regulator. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke supply if there is credible evidence of misuse.
7 · What we don't stock
We do not sell signal jammers, IMSI catchers, active GSM interceptors, keystroke-injection devices marketed for unauthorised access, or spyware-as-a-service installers. See the full not-stocked list for context. This rule has no exceptions, regardless of customer credentials.
8 · Liability
Our maximum liability for any single order is capped at the invoice value of that order. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost engagement revenue, or third-party claims arising from a customer's misuse of the equipment supplied.
9 · Disputes + jurisdiction
Disputes shall be settled by mutual discussion first. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, with seat at Bengaluru and proceedings in English. Courts at Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction for matters not subject to arbitration.
